If the product is still live on our site and NOT marked final sale/clearance then YES we are working on restocking it! Be sure to sign up for restock notifications on the product page to ensure you don't miss out when it comes back into stock.
If the item is marked "final sale" then we will not be restocking that style again and the sizes and colors currently available are all that remain.

To quickly serve our customers all orders are sent immediately for processing. For this reason we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority mail, please allow 48-72 hours after you receive your tracking number for the tracking information to start to update.

- What are the washing instructions for my garment?

Please take careful note of the washing instructions on the care tag on every Movemama piece. We make our care recommendations carefully. Refunds/Exchanges will not be processed on washed/dried garments and we cannot be responsible for damage to garments that occurs when the washing instructions are not followed.

- My package is marked as delivered but it isn't here - what do I do?

If your package has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please take a moment to check the entire vicinity of your residence, your mailbox and with neighbors. Sometimes shipping carriers mark items as delivered as they are loading them onto the truck for delivery rather than at your doorstep - please allow 24 hours after the package is marked as delivered in case it has been pre-scanned. Movemama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages UNLESS shipping protection is selected as a part of the order. See our shipping info page for more on shipping protection.
