This Privacy Policy describes how Movemama ("Movemama," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Mae Street Commerce LLC, collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit movemamaapparel.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or sign up to receive email or text messages from us.

SECTION 1 - WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

SECTION 3 - TEXT MESSAGING (SMS/MMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Movemama, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (including the date, time, and method of your opt-in). We use this information only to send you the messages you signed up for, such as promotions, product launches, and cart reminders, and to administer our text messaging program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your mobile number with service providers that help us deliver text messages (such as our messaging platform), solely for the purpose of delivering those messages.

Movemama Text Message Terms. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and cart-reminder text messages from Movemama (operated by Mae Street Commerce LLC) at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@movemamaapparel.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SECTION 4 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application, on secure servers.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your payment card data, which is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). PCI-DSS is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and helps ensure the secure handling of payment card information by our store and its service providers.
