Domestic Returns & Exchanges:

Visit our returns form to begin your return or exchange.

Didn’t work out? No problem! Click on the link above to start your returns process for domestic orders only. 

All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of the date your order was fulfilled and must be returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition.

All returns can be sent back using the prepaid label provided when you make your return request.

Requests for refunds to the original payment method will incur a flat return shipping fee of $7.00. This fee is deducted from your total refund amount when your return is processed.

Requests for exchanges or store credit will be given free shipping on returns. The return label fee of $7.00 will not be deducted.

You may also elect to purchase your own return label and can select that option during your return request process. All packages must be returned within the return window regardless of the return shipping method.

You will receive an email that says your package was delivered - that does not mean we've physically processed it yet, just that it was scanned into our local post office. Processing of refunds and exchanges may take up to 7-10 days from the date they are marked as delivered to our post office box. 


Gift Returns:

Received a gift and need to make a change? No problem! Just click "Received a gift? Start here" on the bottom of the start of the return form and you will be able to receive store credit for the items you received! Don't worry - we won't notify the gift giver. :)


Return Condition Requirements:

Garments will be inspected prior to releasing the refund or exchange to ensure all of the below qualifications are met:

Worn, washed, damaged, and/or dirty items will be denied refunds or given store credit. Tags must be attached on all garments and hygienic liners must be in place on all swimwear. Garments must be free of odors, deodorant pet hair and stains.

Do not send back garments that you have stained or damaged. It is not the responsibility of Movemama to accept back garments that you have dirtied or damaged even if it occurs within the return window. You will not be refunded for garments that are sent back to us with stains on them. 

If you receive an item with a stain or mark on it DO NOT REMOVE THE TAGS or attempt to wash it - email us immediately upon opening your package with photos of the damaged areas. Click here to send us an email.


Special Return Policies:

Items on the sale & clearance page are eligible for returns for store credit or exchange only. If this applies to an item it will be listed in its product description.

Items marked final sale, or purchased as part of a warehouse sale discount will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Do not send packages back if the return window has closed. Return requests that are not in transit by end of the return window will be cancelled, and cannot be reopened. 

Returns that are shipped after the return window will not be refunded and will only be returned to the customer if the customer agrees to pay for return shipping.


Purchases made with Store Credit

Store credit is non-refundable. If you utilize store credit for a purchase and elect to return the items from that purchase, your refund will be returned to you in the form of a gift card and cannot be refunded to the original form of payment. If your purchase is split between a gift card and a credit card, the gift card will be refunded first.

International Returns (for shipping addresses outside the US)

Return shipping for international orders the responsibility of the customer.

You may process your return through the return portal - the only return option available to you will be to purchase your own shipping label.


Navidium Shipping Protection

Please note that shipping protection is not refundable. It serves to protect your order en-route to your shipping address and therefore will not be refunded with a return.
